Inspiring someone to discover, develop and achieve their goals, starts by making sure they have the necessities. We develop initiatives that offer the educational, wellness, and recreational resources kids need to thrive.
As a Foundation, we are thrilled to support reading programs in Utah and beyond. Reading has been an integral part of Tony’s life, and in 2021 he decided to start the “Birdies for Books” campaign as a way to get more books in kids’ hands and get them reading at an early age. For every birdie, eagle, and ace Tony makes on tour, we’ll be donating books to schools in need.
Here’s the breakdown:
Birdie = 25 books
Eagle = 50 books
Ace = 100 books
Family and good food are two of Tony’s favorite things. Each year, through Tony's Turkey’s, we aim to provide as many Thanksgiving meals as possible for families in need. You can join us in this effort by donating meals that bring families together for the holidays!
As part of our COVID-19 relief efforts, we partnered with the Salt Lake City based non-profit For the Kids, and we planned to provide bags of food for 500 students and their families each week for the duration of the pandemic crisis. Every week, For the Kids delivers approximately 30,000 meals to students in the Rose Park area. Each bundle of food includes breakfast items, snacks, canned food, bulk grains, and an extra treat for the kids.
We’re building a transformative community center from the ground up, and it’s our biggest project yet. The Learning Center will be a 15,350 sq. ft. interactive facility serving the community of West Valley, UT. This project is a realization of Tony’s lifelong vision: to empower families through relevant academic programming, necessary health resources, and a place for community gathering.
